The first stage of the overall mixed use development was the initial sales center which covers an area of 8,000 m². The landscape design was developed by Aspect Studios from concept to detail design. The
construction drawings were created by the local LDI chosen by the Client.
I conducted periodic site visits during construction to ensure that the stone was installed as per the original design intent. The organic curves of the banding made it difficult to ensure that the paving lines were consistent while ensuring all lines of the hardscape were fluid. One of the key site features was the the main sculptural water feature and the interactive jumping jets set into the steps leading down into the water feature.
